Philosophy

Our kindergarten program has been designed to address each and every childs individual abilities. Our goal is to challenge each child to reach his or her highest potential. We accomplish this by having a low teacher/student ratio, enabling us to work in small groups of 3 to 4 children, as well as one to one time with each student. Our curriculum engages students daily in hands on activities in all the subject areas including language arts, science, math and social studies.
As always, at Wholehearted, we will continue to develop your "whole" child socially, physically, emotionally, and academically. We have created an environment where hands on learning will excite the heart to learn and be confident in ones self. Our kindergarten is a classroom where your child will be educated and developed to their full potential.

Prices and Times

Wholehearted Enrichment Center offers all day Kindergarten. We meet Monday through Friday, September through May, all day 8:30am to 2:30pm.

Full Year Tuition (for 2008/2009 school year): $3550.00 payable at $355.00 per month (August through May)

A 5% discount will be given if tuition is paid in full by August 1, 2008.
Before and After School Club is available at Wholehearted from 7:30am to 8:30am and 2:30pm to 5:30pm for $5.00 per hour.

Registration Fee: $100.00. This is a non-refundable fee that is required to hold your childs spot in the Kindergarten program.

Will my child be ready for first grade?

Yes, emotionally, physically, academically and socially. A detailed portfolio with all progress reports will accompany your child to their next school. We will cover all Indiana State standards and more!

How will the kindergarten program differ from the preschool program?

We will continue to follow the philosophy of addressing the "whole" child through hands on activities that engage your child in learning. Our kindergarten program will advance your child to the next level of self responsibility and provide them with higher academic challenges.

Will the preschool and kindergarten ever work together?

To maintain the "Wholehearted" feeling of being a community of learners, we will occasionally take field trips together, and come together for celebrations. As our kindergarteners become accomplished authors, we will also share stories with our preschool friends.
